Apprenticeship is an important milestone and a formative time. That is why we promote the individual personality development of our apprentices with various elective programs.

We want to train our apprentices to become independent, self-reliant
people. Therefore, we offer explicit content that stimulates
their own entrepreneurial thinking.

Learning is better together! Since we know how important teamwork is, we have integrated a variety of team-building activities into the apprenticeship, including many exciting sports activities - free of charge for our apprentices!
