How you learn with us
Technical
Technical training is naturally our top priority. It is particularly important to us to train our apprentices to become highly skilled experts in their field, enabling them to apply their knowledge independently in their professional lives.
Social
Since our professions usually require not only customer focus but also close teamwork, we use workshops and exercises to strengthen our apprentices' social skills in the long term.
Personal
Training is an important milestone and a formative time. That is why we promote the individual personal development of our apprentices with various elective programs.
Entrepreneurial
We want to train our apprentices to become independent, self-reliant individuals.
That's why we offer specific content that stimulates their own
entrepreneurial thinking.
Together
It's easier to learn in a team! Because we know this, we have
integrated a variety of team-building activities into the apprenticeship program,
